Invitation shipping prices are based on weight
as well as out of U.S. orders
Please email for shipping rates on Invitations.
California residents will be charged a tax rate of 8.25%
We do also offer overnight, 2nd day air , or 3rd day
for additional costs. please email for current Express Shipping Prices
Shoe Returns
Please make
sure to wear peds when trying on shoes because they must be in new resell able condition
in
the original package
to be returned. you have 30 days from purchase date to return or exchange shoes.
after that shoes are non returnable.
All Shoe Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per pair.
all shipping fees are non-returnable. ( 20% of shoe cost)
Once shoes are dyed they are non-returnable. You must have an RA
authorization to return shoes so email for the return authorization number
and return address. Expect up to 3 weeks to see refund.
Exchange and Return Policy

If you need to return or exchange any items, we will
gladly do so, not including shipping charges. If you decide to exchange an item,
you will be responsible for return shipping, and shipping charges on replacement
items. Returned items must be received in their original condition.

shipping charges will not be refunded
